Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pleshura. This policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

During high-volume periods, sales, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If we expand to additional countries, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Total delivery time (processing + transit) is typically 4–7 business days. Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us about a delayed order. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the product or its contents on the exterior. The sender name on the label appears as a neutral business name (Helios Services), and your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor rather than the product name.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of your order, contact us at the email below.

Shipping Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out and we'll help you investigate.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household and neighbors, and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to assist with a carrier claim or resolution.
